Drill Night: Confidence Course
At this week’s drill Company 1 Firefighters trained on the confidence course located at Fire Company 4. The course helps to sharpen the firefighter’s skills and become comfortable in situations with confined spaces, low profiles, and entanglement hazards, all of which could be encounter during a call. Bailout Training
Today Mahwah Firefighters trained with our bailout system. This is a personal escape system worn by firefights that allows them to safely exit through a window if the conditions inside of a burning building become too dangerous for the firefighters.
