At around 10:30 last night, the Mahwah Fire was dispatched to the Fardale section of town for a dumpster fire that was in close proximity to a home. Rescue Engine 117, Rescue 1, and Engine 115 all responded.
Engine 117 arrived behind Co.4 units who had a majority of the fire knocked down. Crews washed down and overhauled the dumpster before returning to quarters.
