Early this morning, Company 1 was requested mutual aid by the Orangeburg NY Fire Dept. who were on scene of a machinery fire in a large commercial building.
Upon arrival of RS-1 with Marine-1, set up a mechanical ventilation operation using the large fan on the boat to help evacuate the heavy smoke condition from the building. Our crew operated for around an hour before returning to the Township.
Job well done goes out to the Orangeburg NY FD & their Mutual Aid partners for a quick knock down.
